The third conference of Women Scholars of Religion and Theology was held 23-26 January 2004 at St Patrick Campus, Australian Catholic University, Melbourne, Australia. The theme of the conference was “PeaceWorks”.
The Conference Convenor was Dr. Kim E. Power from Australian Catholic University's “Project for the Study of Women’s History, Theology and Spirituality”.
Significant aspects of the conference included the high level of involvement of Australian indigenous women, the art exhibition which accompanied the conference, the integrated rituals, and the excellent papers offered by women scholars from a range of disciplines and locations.
